Returns & Exchanges

You should feel good about what you buy.

If something doesn't fit right, look the way you hoped, or arrives damaged, we'll help sort it. No performance anxiety. No awkward questions. Just tell us what's wrong.

How it works

Within 30 days of purchase, you can return items for a full refund or exchange. Orders can be returned unused, unwashed, and unaltered with any original tags intact. If you've worn or washed an item, we'll still work with you — just let us know.

Faulty items — If there's a defect in materials or manufacturing, we'll replace or refund it, regardless of timeframe.

Exchanges are free. For returns in the UK, postage is free. International returns must be paid for by the customer. We'll send you our returns address either way.

Once we receive your return, refunds process within 10 working days. Exchanges ship within 5–10 working days after we receive your return depending on where you are in the world.

Before you return

Not sure about sizing? Check our size guide — it's built from actual garment specs so you know what you're getting.

Have a favourite piece but need minor repairs? Ask about our free repair service for seams, small holes, and wear.

How to start a return

Email help@padelinc.store with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item (if it's faulty or not as described)
  • What you'd like to do: refund or exchange?

We'll start the returns process and walk you through it from there.

What we can't accept

  • Items that show signs of significant wear, washing, or staining
  • Custom personalisation orders (unless faulty)
  • Items ordered from final sale / clearance sections
