Materials
Organic cotton, recycled polyester
Every PÁDEL, INC. garment is made from sustainable materials such as 100% organic cotton or recycled polyester—sometimes both. See product descriptions for exact details.
Organic cotton is grown without chemical pesticides or insecticides. It improves soil health, reduces greenhouse emissions, strengthens biodiversity, and protects the people who grow it. The cotton in our garments is certified to the Organic Content Standard (OCS 100), which verifies 95-100% organic material.
Our polyester is recycled from PET bottles—oil-based waste that would otherwise end up in landfills. It has the same durability and moisture-resistance as virgin polyester, without the environmental cost of new petroleum extraction. It's certified to the Recycled Content Standard (RCS Blended).
Not perfect. Just better.
Production
Water-based inks, European print hubs
Our digital print suppliers are among the most advanced in the industry. They print with water-based, eco-friendly inks with industry-leading opacity and colour consistency.
Our production partners are carefully selected members of a global network. They're audited for energy use, waste management, and resource responsibility. We don't own the factories, but we choose partners who share our standards.
Print hubs across Europe mean shorter delivery distances and fewer carbon miles between production and doorstep.
The Model
Made on demand, not in advance
This is the most important part.
Traditional fashion produces in bulk—thousands of units made before anyone orders. Unsold inventory gets discounted, donated, or destroyed. It's wasteful by design.
We print on demand. Your order triggers production. Nothing is made until someone wants it. No overstock. No waste from unsold goods.
It takes slightly longer. It's worth it.
Packaging
Plastic-free, FSC-certified
Every order ships in fully recyclable, reusable packaging. Plastic-free without compromising protection. FSC C117673-certified, meaning the materials come from responsibly managed forests. Four sizes reduce waste.
Where We're Going
The next chapter
Right now, we're print-on-demand. It's the right model for launch—low waste, high flexibility, proven infrastructure. This may evolve as we grow, but as a valued member of the tribe, we'll always let you know.
Free Repairs
Wear it longer
We'd love to be able to fix everything, but sadly we just can't. What we can do right now is repair any PÁDEL, INC. garments for free that were purchased in the UK (We hope to expand this in the future, so bear with us).
This applies to PÁDEL, INC. clothing only. We cannot repair PÁDEL, INC. accessories, and we cannot repair clothing made by other brands.
If something tears, a seam comes undone, or normal wear takes its toll, send it to us. We'll assess the damage, let you know the turnaround time, and send it back repaired.
No receipt needed. No purchase date limit. No questions about how long you've had it.
What we don't repair: Damage from misuse—burns, bleach stains, deliberate destruction. Use your judgment.
If it's beyond repair: Sometimes a garment is too far gone. If we can't fix it economically, we'll let you know and send you a £10 voucher towards your next purchase instead.
Why we do this: The fashion industry throws away millions of tonnes of textiles every year. Most of it could have been repaired, worn longer, and kept out of landfill.
We'd rather fix what you have than sell you something new.
How to send: Email us at help@padelinc.store with photos of the damage. We'll send you a prepaid returns label. Simple.
What We Don't Do
Honesty over marketing
We don't claim carbon neutrality. We don't offset our way out of responsibility. We don't greenwash.
We make choices that reduce impact: better materials, smarter production, less waste. We're transparent about trade-offs. We improve where we can.
That's the commitment.
Sustainability isn't a feature for us, it's a baseline. One we will work to improve every year.
